2. Don't let your site sit + rot (I'll warn and then delete)
3. Your site MUST be related to Jrock, Jpop, Anime, Kpop/rock, you get the picture.
4. Please have a decent layout ready σ（ＴεＴ；）
5. Must link back to kowaimono (we will link you too ^.~)
6. It would be wonderful if we kept in touch 6(⌒～⌒ι) I like everybody! ^0^
